Why are you doing this for?

We have invested more than 400,000$ in our memberships since 2009.  We have a lot of weeks every year that we can’t use as my daughter is now going to school, and we can’t travel as much. So, I’m selling some of my weeks to offset the cost of our membership.

Will I be guaranteed an ocean view room?

Sadly, we can’t guarantee that for our guests as the rule at the resorts change for guests.  But, a lot of upgraded and you can guarantee much better room for less than 5-10 % of your total vacation cost.
Note that at Hard Rock Punta Cana, only half the Presidential Suite have ocean view, all the other rooms don’t have it as the resort is too big.  At Unico, it would be ocean view guaranteed and/or ocean front.

What colour bracelet will I get?

You will receive the blue VIP bracelet that will give you access to all the areas on the beach, private restaurants, member areas and events.

Will I be guaranteed an ocean view room.

Is transportation included?

Yes, ground transportation from the airport to the resort and from the resort to the airport at the end of your trip is included for all your guests

What type of room will I get?

The resorts does not guarantee ocean view anymore to our guests, except at Unico.  But, often, when rooms are available, you will be upgraded.  You can get an ocean view suites and even more benefits for a little extra for the week.

How many Resort Credits will I get?

At Palace Resort, you will get 1,500 Resort Credits, but only 300 can be used at the spa.  At Hard Rock you will get anywhere from 2,000 to 3,000 Resort Credits without any limits at the spa.  At Unico, you will have an unlimited amount.

Any restrictions with the Resort Credits?

At Palace Resorts you will have a limit of 300 at the spa, about two massages.  At Le Blanc, 500 maximum at the spa for the week.  At Hard Rock and Unico, as guests of Hall of Fame members, there are no limits anywhere.

Do you have unlimited golf?

Yes, at Hard Rock and Unico.  But, you will need to pay an extra fee for the week.   You can also use your Resort Credits to play golf as much as you want.

Do we get a butler?

Only at Unico.  At Hard Rock, only Hall of Fame members themselves get butlers.  However, sometimes, when the resort is quiet, during low season, they may decide to help you, as they know who we are and value our guests.  But, it is not an obligation.

What is the difference between concierge or butler?

Butlers can make reservations at restaurants, reserve chairs on the beach and buy the pool.   Concierge will help you with check-in, they will help with room cards, reservation for activities and spa treatments and more.

Do I have access to Cabana/Bali beds?

Yes, using your Resort Credits.

Payments

How can I pay for my vacation?

You can pay me by check or using PayPal with; Send money to friends.   That way, we are not incurring huge fees.   However, in a lot of cases, you will need to pay the resort only and a combination of both.  The resort can be paid using a credit card.

Do I pay you or the resort?

It depends on the type of week that I used and when you are going.  Either way, you will only pay me or the resort after you received the Reservation Confirmation and call my concierge to confirm everything is okay.

What are the cancellation policies?

If you need to cancel your reservation consider the following cancellation policy:
• More than 30 days in advance check–in date $100 USD will be charge as penalty.
• 30 days or less, $600 USD will be charged as penalty.
• In case of a no show a $600 USD will be charged as penalty.
